Event Planners - K&K Insurance Group, Inc.

This program is specifically designed to provide commercial general liability insurance coverage for professional event planners. Inland marine coverage is also available as an option to provide protection for direct loss or damage to the event planners office supplies, equipment, furnishings, improvements and betterments, sign and nonstructural glass. Eligible Operations

-	Fee-based professionals or businesses, domiciled in the United States that plan, organize, coordinate and/or arrange public
	or private events and social gatherings for others.

Ineligible Operations

-	Athletic event promoters	-	Rental companies
-	Concert promoters	-	Talent agencies/companies
-	Event production companies	-	Travel agencies

	Note: concert promoters may qualify for coverage under another K&K program.

-	Medical Expense (other than participants)	-	All items must be insured to 100% replacement cost value
-	Hired Auto and Employers' Nonownership Liability	-	General liability coverage must be purchased in

Notable Exclusions

-	Abuse, molestation, harassment or sexual conduct	-	Amusement devices-including but not limited to, any
-	Asbestos		mechanical or non-mechanical rides, slides
-	Designated operations exclusion-those activities listed as		pony rides, or inflatables
	ineligible	-	Nuclear energy
-	Employment-related practices	-	Operations outside of the U.S.
-	Fireworks	-	Outside concessionaires and vendors working in
-	Lead		conjunction with your business
		-	Pollution
