Commercial general liability coverage protects the insured against liability claims for bodily injury and property damage arising out of premises, operations, products and completed operations, and personal and advertising injury. Coverage under this program is limited only to the premises address of the studio location reported on the enrollment form. No deductible applies to liability claims.

Legal liability to participant coverage protects the insured circuit training facility against claims arising out of bodily injury to a participant that occurs at an insured designated location(s). Professional liability coverage protects the insured circuit training facility against wrongful acts (breach of duty, neglect, error, omission, misstatement, or misleading statement in the discharge of "sports or fitness activities") that occurs in the conduct of fitness activities at the insured's designated location(s).
