Note: To be eligible for this program:

The outfitters & guide program must be less than $750,000 and retail cannot exceed 80% of the total revenues. The client must have been in business for at least one year or three years equivalent experience to be eligible. This programs minimum premium is $1,000.  General Liability coverage placed in this program prohibits the writing of other coverage lines.  For other coverage considerations, please complete our standard application.  This program is not available in Louisiana or Mississippi.

Program Description

The Outfitters & Guides Risk Purchasing Group program has been designed to provide coverage for outfitters having any of the following combination of activities:

- Water Operations: Class I, II, III Flatwater, Sea Kayaking - Hunting (guided)
  (guided) - Hiking
- Fishing (guided)  - Backpacking
- Paddling Schools  - Bicycling
- Non-motorized Watercraft / Tube Rental-Only Operations (non- - Cross-country Skiing
  guided)  - Snowshoeing
Note:
- To be eligible for this program, the client must have been in business for at least one year or three years equivalent experience.
  In addition, total gross revenues for the business must be less than $750,000 and retail cannot exceed 80% of the total revenues.
- Also covered are the following Incidental activities: Retail sales of merchandise and equipment; participation for food/beverage
  services; athletic courts; participation in demonstration days, trade shows or events, but only for an activity designated as a covered activity; equipment rental for activities designated as a covered activity; office exposures for covered activities, motorized watercraft (less than 250hp) for one of these covered designated activities, camping (excluding owned lodges, owned cabins, owned campgrounds with hook-ups). Snorkeling and shoreline sailing must be less than 10% of total receipts.

Notable Exclusions
 
- Class IV, V whitewater exposures - Climbing walls, indoor rock climbing gyms
- Equine activities - Owned lodges, cabins, campgrounds with hook ups
- Mountaineering, bouldering, rock climbing - Special events sponsored by the insured
- Sponsorship of races including but not limited to adventure races - Archery/skeet/trap/pistol ranges
- Nuclear energy - All skiing (except cross-country)
- Coverage territory-trade sanctions - Asbestos
- Fireworks - Field of entertainment
- Securities & financial interest - Abuse & molestation
- Employment practices - Amendment of other insurance clause
- Amusement device - Bungee
- Injury or death to animals - Rodeo performers
- Ropes/challenge courses - Stand-alone ski equipment and bicycle rental stores
- Aircraft/hot air balloons - Airport
- Motorized vehicles - Public storage operations
- Watercraft/ powerboats when testing, stunting, racing, or - Sailboat racing and stunting
  practicing - Fungus
- Snow sleds snowmobiles - Lead paint
- Professional liability for skills assessment and certification - War
of students
