Rink Program Expanded to Include Roller Skating Facilities
In response to a contracting marketplace, K&K Insurance Group, Inc., announces an expansion to the successful ice and inline skating facilities program which now includes roller skating rinks. Coverage is offered for rinks that meet underwriting guidelines. The skating facilities program offers competitive coverage and rates; commission is paid to agents.
Coverage available includes general liability, property, commercial auto, inland marine, crime, excess liability, and workers' compensation (in select states); optional sexual abuse and molestation coverage is offered. Fire damage legal is included with limits of $300,000. There is no general aggregate and no general liability deductible; minimum premium is $5,000.
Associated exposures may include food concessions, pro shops, vending and arcades. Ice operations on natural waterways and in-line skate activities held in parking lots or similar areas are ineligible.
In addition to coverage for skating facilities, K&K offers a variety of insurance programs for other entertainment centers, including bowling alleys and family fun centers offering activities such as batting cages, bumper cars/boats, climbing walls, coin operated rides, driving ranges, go-karts, laser tag, miniature golf, paintball, soft play and video arcades.
Coverage is provided through an insurance carrier rated "A+" (Superior) by A.M. Best Company.
