This insurance program is specifically designed to meet the unique needs of U.S.-based personal training, exercise, aerobic or yoga/pilates instructor directly supervising an individual or group engaged in fitness and exercise activities. Coverage is provided by a carrier rated A+ (Superior) by A.M. Best Company.

Eligible Operations

An instructor age 18 or older conducting private or group instruction for the following is eligible to enroll in this program:

Aerobics

Personal training

Aquatic exercise

Pilates

Cardio kickboxing

Qigong

Children's fitness programs

Spinning

Dance

Strength

Exercise

Stroller based fitness instructors

Fitness bootcamp

Tai Chi

GYROTONIC ®

Yoga

Hoop Fitness

ZUMBA ®

Ineligible Operations:

Certain operations are not eligible for coverage by this program. K&K reserves the right to decline any request for coverage. The ineligible

operations include, but are not limited to the following (and are excluded from coverage):

Acrobatic/partner yoga instructors

Instructors under the age of 18

Certified athletic trainers

Instructor's employment as an exempt or non-exempt

Coaching of organized competitive athletic teams

employee of a school, university or college

Instruction of sports skills activities*

Cycling (other than stationary)

Instructors operating outside of U.S.

Instruction/activity being held on or in open water

Liability Coverage

General liability coverage protects you if you are legally obligated to pay damages for bodily injury to others and for damage to the property of others resulting from your fitness instruction activities. The policy also provides coverage (professional liability) for wrongful acts (breach of duty, neglect, error, omission, misstatement or a misleading statement in the discharge of fitness activities) that occur as a result of your instruction activities.

The following exclusionary endorsements are part of the policy providing coverage for this program:

-	Amusement devices (e.g.: rides, slides, inflatables,	-	Physical therapy, massage or salon services
	bungees, climbing walls, dunk tanks)	-	Sale or distribution of herbal medicinal and/or
-	Dietician services		nutritional products
-	Employment-related practices	-	Training programs for law enforcement, public safety and
-	Medical, therapy or health care services		military personnel
-	Operation, ownership or management of a fitness,	-	Those operations listed as ineligible
	dance or sports facility	-	Weight control programs
