| This insurance program has been specifically designed to meet the unique needs of U.S.-based health clubs offering programs and services that may include personal training, aerobics, yoga, pilates, free weights, resistance machines, cardio machines, and a variety of exercise classes for members. The health club is required to have $500,000 or less in sales annually to be eligible for this program. Health clubs that offer programs and services that are not eligible for this program should contact K&K at 1-800-637-4757 for other insurance programs offered by K&K that may be available |

| Liability Coverage |
| |
| Commercial general liability coverage protects the insured against liability claims for bodily injury and property damage arising out of premises, operations, products and completed operations, and personal and advertising injury. Legal liability to participants coverage protects the insured health club against claims arising out of bodily injury to a participant that occurs at the insured's designated location(s). Professional liability coverage protects the insured health club against wrongful acts (breach of duty, neglect, error, omission, misstatement, or misleading statement in the discharge of "sports or fitness activities") that occurs while conducting instruction of fitness activities at the insured's designated location(s). No deductible applies to liability claims. |
