NEW Jockey Accident Medical Program: Offers Accident Medical coverage (primary or excess) with a benefit period of three years and a maximum limit up to $1,000,000; Accidental Death & Specified Loss coverage; and Weekly Accident Income benefits up to 104 weeks. The program is designed to cover the track's race meet, including racing days, dark days, as well as stabling and training days.

- Off-track betting parlors - Quarter horse tracks
- Racino gambling - Simulcast facilities
- Thoroughbred tracks    
 
Ineligible for this program:
- Chariot Racing - Steeplechase events
