This program is for U.S.-based gymnastics schools and clubs that offer gymnastics, tumbling, cheerleading/dance, and related instructional programs. It provides liability protection for the school or club and its employees and volunteers for claims arising out of covered operations.
Covered operations include activities at the insured’s locations that:
- Involve registered participants,
- Are under the insured’s direct supervision or organized by the insured, and
- Have been reported to and approved by K&K, with premium paid.
Covered operations also include:
- Off-site competitions, demonstrations, parades, fundraising activities, and related events, and
- Ancillary off-site activities involving registered participants,
when they are under the insured’s direct supervision or organized by the insured, reported to and approved by K&K, and the premium has been paid.
In addition, covered operations may include:
- Birthday and social parties at the insured’s premises,
- Activities involving non-registered participants, and
- Meets, competitions, or events hosted by the insured,
when they are under the insured’s direct supervision or organized by the insured, reported to and approved by K&K, and the premium has been paid.
