To qualify, each account must have a manager with at least three years of industry management experience. The minimum account premium for this program is $10,000.

No, we cannot entertain Florida-domiciled risks for any line of coverage.
Do you insure franchised Hotels/Resorts (i.e. Marriott, Hilton, Wyndham, etc.)?

No, these types of operations are not eligible for our program.
Do you offer Workers’ Compensation coverage for guest ranches and resorts?

Yes
Are you a direct insurer?

No, you must work with a licensed insurance agent or broker to access our Resorts and Guest Ranches Program.
Do you require an agent or broker to be appointed or have volume commitments they must meet?

No, we will work with any licensed, independent insurance producer. No prior appointment is needed.
